- looking back on my second semester -
Yesterday my third semester started and im very exited, as always. I didn't really keep up with blogging last semester because i struggled with school and my mental health but i do want to do this, mainly so i can look back later and better learn from my mistakes/success. Im taking this opportunity too look back on my last semester.
What went good:
- I feel mostly good about my exams, but I haven't gotten the grades yet.
- I studied more compared to the first semester.
- I made friends with a couple girls from my dorm.
- I made more organized, readable notes compared to the first semester.
- I took on a third semester course early and passed my foreign-language-exam, this will make my third semester less stressful.
What didn't go so well:
- I didn't watch all my lectures and still have some to catch up to.
- I let school work slide during December so i had to catch it all up in January in time for the finals.
- I started my term paper in constitutional law hours before the deadline, and while i managed to finish in time i made some formal mistakes that could've been easily avoided.
Im looking forward to this semester to make positive changes to my life. I left an unhappy relationship and i think being single will help me organise myself better. My best friend moved into my dorm, from now on i have someone to study with. I plan to keep up with work and do something about my mental health. Currently I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule. Hopefully, blogging about studying will help me motivate and succeed.
