I see so many posts that are like self-care is drinking water, eating fruit and doing a face mask, though I do believe that is important for your health and beauty. But I wanted to try new forms of self-care; I think I found one that works perfectly for me.Â
Find an old song that you loved, and still do, just forgot about it. Go up to your room, put on a comfy/good looking outfit, which for me is my boyfriend gray army sweats and a white tank/crop top that says ‘’feelings’’. Then blast that song and dance your heart out.Â
I’ve never had so much fun just dancing around my room, pretending I was a professional dancer (which I am not), and just laughing and having fun. Definitely going to use this self-care tip when im stressed or just need to have some fun! Â
