Always protect your seed phrase. If someone gets your seed phrase, they get all the Crypto in your wallet. HD wallets, like many BTC and ETH, have a string of wallets under control of one seed. Each with its own private keys. One seed phrase gives you over 100 different addresses. I’ve dug through many of mine and learned a lot about security.
