You've known the British pilot for quite a while now, you don't know what it was that made you confess to him in the first place. That thick accent, his little quips as he lifted off the helipad, the fact he can take over 10 shots of hard whiskey and still be able to fly? You just couldn't pinpoint one thing that him so special to you, that's how much he meant to you.
Whenever he isn't taking the team out to their latest mission, he likes to just sit with you and chat for ages, sometimes he just lays back against you and lets you do little braids in his hair while he tells some bizarre story from when he was still living in the UK.
Speaking of his heritage, he absolutely loves to show you photos of his favorite places from there, most of them being either beautiful ponds or one of the many pubs he frequented with his friends.
You like to joke with him a lot about English slang and make light fun of his thick British accent. "Oi, its Chewsday innit?" Normally he would frown upon it, but somehow you made it comedic and friendly and you tend to get a chuckle out of him whenever you do it.
Dave is all-for PDA and will not shy away from battering you with smooches and all the lovey-dovey actions just to let everyone know that you're his and he's yours, he'll even tease about how flustered you get whenever he's barraging you with his very passionate love.
Whenever you two are alone, whether it be in the chopper waiting for the team to finish a mission or just hanging out in your shared room, he'll sneak a hand onto your thighs and give you a sensual gaze, othertimes he'll give you a hickie for the hell of it just for the sole fact you'd wear one of your tight-fitting turtlenecks the next day.
At end of the day when everyone is going to sleep, Dave loves to spoon you, the feeling of you right up against him helps him sleep way better than did before you joined their agency. With you, hearing his steady heartbeat lulls you to sleep so quickly. With a gentle kiss to your cheek, both of you sleep soundly through the night.
