The shocking conclusión of the awesome #battleoflegends it all comes down to these last two #sumodeadlifts what we didn't realize before these deadlifts is that we were neck and neck for winning best lifter by 1.22 wilks points. If either one of us would have gotten the lift, he we would not only have won the #deadliftbattle but he would have won best lifter. My lift is 760 which would have been a 5 lbs deadlift productos and a 14 lbs total pr. @silent_muscle attempts 771 lbs for a PR deadlift and total as well. We both wind up missing our third attempts, but not with at least getting the weight off the ground. We've both got some work to do and we can't wait to do battle again. The meet ends with a 1.22 wilks difference and him winning best lifter. That's the first time I've lost best lifter in Louisiana in over 3 years. Left 750 i almost locked out the weight, but all six of my main calluses tore at the same time, causing me to drop the weight. It was heartbreaking because it would have been a PR total. Right 738 this brought up my total to 1692 and continued my battle with @silent_muscle who came behind me and deadlifted 2.5 KG more (744). So it all came down to the last deadlifts. Two meets in two weeks the video on the left is my fussy attempt squat at about 551 lbs at the Texas Strength Classic two weeks ago and the one on the right is my second attempt squat at the Pelican Open of 574 yesterday.
