This year, NerdsGiving is joining Heifer International in fighting hunger and poverty while caring for the Earth! Each donation helps to transport food and income-producing animals, as well as provide intensive training for how to create sustainable businesses. Our NerdsGiving teams are raising money to help Heifer to gift animals, fruit and nut trees, and technology for safe water and food preparation. Families who work with Heifer International also agree to "Pass on the Gift" and share the training they've received as well as the offspring of their gifted animal, helping their communities grow along with them.
