What about when a guy gets like impregnated with eggs by some alien creature or lizardy thing and like the natural lubricant that the thing produces has an emetic effect on the host boy? The eggs too so not only is he swollen with eggs and eating constantly (another side effect of carrying the eggs) he's also getting hella sick all the time and is extremely nauseated the majority of the time because the eggs have that effect a lot too, not nearly as severe as when he's getting impregnated but still enough for him to randomly and frequently need to vomit.
It would make it so hard to keep any food down because he always feels like throwing up, but the creatures that bred him keep force feeding him in order to make sure the eggs receive the nutrients they need to grow big and strong. His belly is swollen painfully huge with eggs, but even so they keep bloating him bigger and bigger with food on top of it, not letting him throw up a single bite
What about a pocket boy who has a tummy bug, but he doesn't realize it until you're out on a jog, so he keeps getting jostled every which way and his poor tummy is shaken with every step. So now he's motion sick ON TOP of having a tummy bug.
awww poor boy <3 He tries to call out to you to get you to slow down, or stop to take you home, but you cant hear him over your music playing through your earbuds. He doesn't want to be punished for getting sick in your pocket and ruining your clothes, so he does his best to hold it in despite each step pushing his stomach further up his throat. Luckily he makes it home without incident, but as soon as you scoop him out of your pocket, his poor bloated belly just cant take it anymore, and his aching pressurized tummy forces him to projectile vomit all over your hands
What if, like with that twin ask from before someone shared the consequences, but like, imagine they drink, right? Or one of them does and has a high tolerance, but the other doesn't? So not only do they end up super drunk, but also very, very, very hung over the next day! Vomiting profusely and violently but not having had a single drop of alcohol to drink!
ohhhhh, thats a fun idea for that! Maybe one of them has a really high tolerance for nearly everything, able to drink and eat lots, while the other is smaller and has a much lower tolerance and capacity. I think it would be fun if the first one knows what's going on and purposely eats a ton and drinks a lot to stuff them and give them massive tummy aches

Argon had it rough before he was rescued, but now he lives a happy (spoiled) life with his new partner :D
