Hear me out, best friends Nerdjo and Nerdgeto who have the same uni astronomy class. Who sit next to each other in every other class they have together until their Astronomy professor assigns seats. Who are then separated by you, oh the distance! You are shy and very much intimidated by the two dorks sitting on either side of you, the chatty pair before class until you walk in and take your seat.
Nerdjo and Nerdgeto who are shocked that there are assigned seats in college (Yes this does happen for whatever reason) and don’t realize when you make your way between the two. The two just stare at you in awe, you’re so pretty. As the two stare at you intently, you think they’re glaring at you! Especially because as soon as they stare at you for a solid minute, they quickly get on their phone and seemingly start texting each other about you…
Things are awkward between the three of you. You’re unsure if they hate you or if they’re just shy, so you keep to yourself and talk to the two when told by your professor. Until one fateful day where your professor declares that there will be a group lab due in a week, but of course with assigned groups of three. To your luck, you are placed in a group with none other than Nerdjo and Nerdgeto. Does your professor hate you?
The project? Recording the night sky over the course of 3 hours with 3 observations. But each person is assigned a different star to ensure that everyone is present.
As you try to talk with the two, you are met with them staring at each other and nodding before turning their attention to you. Before you can even open your mouth, Geto starts talking “We can pick you up for the project, Gojo knows a good spot when we can see the sky clearly”. Shocked at the sudden outburst by Geto, you nod and exchange information with the two, informing them that you live off campus and where to pick you up. The two grin and promise to pick you up.
