Task 010 Part 2: ABC, Easy As 1, 2, 3
Neptune did not truly go to school. He was tutored with the other kids around his age at the orphanage, but did not really take to any subject offered. Math and science confused him and English and history bored him, so he found himself doodling on his papers more often than he found himself paying attention to lectures or working on assignments. This meant he didn’t have a favorite subject, and looked forward to the end of the school day when he could lock himself in his room and sketch without being bothered.
Task 005: A Moment Like This
The feeling of freedom is something that Neptune has always valued highly, mostly because it was something he did not grow up with. The Arnett Orphanage had strict rules and guidelines every child living there had to follow, and while he wasn’t truly kept under lock and key, the happiest moment of his life has to be the day he was allowed to leave. It opened up new doors and new opportunities in his life, and being able to do what he wants when he wants is something he will never take for granted.

Task 001: New Year’s Resolution (In July)
For Neptune growing up, his New Year’s resolution was always the same thing. He wanted to find a family, wanted to know where he came from and why his parents abandoned him. But the minute that he got offered a job opportunity in the Tower, everything changed.
If he could style one victor, could sway the public’s opinion of someone because of the way that he helped to present them one time in his career as District Six’s stylist, he would be happy. His New Year’s resolution for this year and every year to follow is to help save an innocent child’s life.
District Six’s Chariot Outfits for the 118th Games
The transportation district’s outfits this year are all about flight, as they try to soar to new heights by bringing a victor back home. The blue and gold colors run through both designs, and the old timey feel of both the blueprints on the skirt and the World War Two inspired pilot uniform come together to provide a cohesive look.
Task 007: Moral Alignment
Chaotic Neutral
A chaotic neutral character follows his whims. He is an individualist first and last. He values his own liberty but doesn’t strive to protect others’ freedom. He avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. The chaotic neutral character does not intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, he would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others) or evil (and a desire to make those different from himself suffer). The common phrase for chaotic neutral is "true chaotic." Remember that the chaotic neutral character may be unpredictable, but his behavior is not totally random. He is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it. Chaotic neutral is the best alignment you can be because it represents true freedom both from society’s restrictions and from a do-gooder’s zeal.
