I’m profoundly inspired by strong female characters. I love when they are fierce, exude power, depth. Power and strength without saying a word. It is in their aura, is just there. The way they move, look, act. They usually don’t speak much, they aren’t loud, and when they do speak is in a low/husky tone, menacing even. It hits me all the time. I just can’t help but fall in love with this kinda of characters you know, Trinity from Matrix, Sarah Connor from Sarah Connor Chronicles, Olivia from Fringe, Lisbon from The Mentalist…and know I so many more, but I am emotional now.
Anyway , when those kinda characters get vulnerable is just my undoing, I love seeing this side of them. It brings so much depth, when they are struggling to keep the soft spot underneath, uncovered, but them they fall in love and there only one person in this whole goddamn world that is allowed to see it.
