I’m not normally fond of island/town building mobile games, but I’ve been playing Tales of Dacardia a lot more than I thought I would. Here’s a few of the houses I’ve come up with for my Neopets:
Winnie here mentioned loving flowers and I normally have him gather at the farm, so I gave him his own little garden.
Zenny asked for his pool, deck chair, and pool floatie, so I made him a little vacation home.
I painted Roary with the Team Dacardia brush, so I tried to make his home reflect the island he lives on/the team he roots for.
Angel is a 25th Anniversary Aisha, so I thought it would be fitting to make her home a place to party, while also referring to her desire to teach Neopian history with the podium and books along her fencing.
Turquoisetail’s Nightmare Before Christmas vibe happened by accident; she had me paint her house like that during the Halloween event, and I thought it fit both holidays and rolled with it. The Gothic Holiday capsules definitely helped me lean into that theme more, lol.
Babs’ theme was a no brainer the moment she requested that I make her house colder with the snowy paint roller (plus the fact she could be painted Christmas and Peppermint).
And finally we have Long’s humble abode. Long asked for privacy and a zen garden, but I also managed to get the lucky Aisha from the crabby capsules, so I added that; I went with the black one because the black Maneki-Neko embodies safety and wards off evil spirits (and stalkers according one site I checked), it felt fitting given some of the things Long said about people wanting to see his scales.
I do have a Lupe, currently painted with the Halloween paint brush, but I’m waiting for Halloween to roll around again so I can make her a proper haunted house.
