Neo is good at getting on anyone's last nerve, but is generally out to have a good time and make a bit of money. Very extroverted, always up for a night on the town. Neo wears sunglasses to hide her eye, which has a circle/ring instead of a pupil on the left side (same side has her crescent horn).
As a cerulean, she has some mind manipulation powers but they're low-key. She's basically able to get other trolls briefly stuck in looped thought, like a day dream. Works really well for causing distractions and allowing her to get away with some bullshit. This ability has kept her from getting culled several times after breaking and entering incidents.
She's known Taytoh since they were about 6, and is very ride or die for them. They're both meme loving fucks, and she's a terrible influence on him, even if she's their moirail. The Jade's in Taytohs cluster often have to chase her out, but she climbs in the windows when they're not looking. Because Taytoh’s awful at sneaking around, he often ends up staying at Neo's hive when they go out. The other jades have NO IDEA where Neo lives, so it's a safe spot for Taytoh if he wants to be left alone. Taytoh is also pretty much Neo's only friend, as she doesn't trust most trolls to not judge her life choices and as such, won't let other trolls truly get to know her.
