Mew is a very neutral force in the universe, so spotting them could be something to celebrate or to fear depending on the context -- especially for the universe's original Mew if you manage to spot them... Its very rare to see mew in the first place, let alone the original Mew, so seeing a mew is usually considered to be very lucky find! Theres many though, so it makes up for their rarity
