❛   if... you are embarrassed when i talk with you at work, then we don’t have to do it... i don't want to make it difficult for you. ❜     the last ting that he wanted to be is a weight on yua, especially when it counts and he needs to be focused. if the other reapers were giving him problems or if he was a distraction then he’d just ask syacho to put him in an area where he wouldn’t be a distraction. there was an office room right? 

being a former CHOIR ANGEL , sen has long sense been able to sing since he was a fledgling. however upon being on earth, he has found that he doesn’t have a reason to sing like he used to. if he does that his voice brings a sort of untamed inspiration to those who hear it and that can be dangerous since prior he always used to sing for the lord and now he’s surrounded in humans in a much more fragile atmosphere. 

after several years of being on earth, sen is presented the opportunity to take up singing for more of a career path to help spread inspiration to humans in a more filtered form. since he is an angel it is important that he be picked up by a lable that would be able to help control his power which is why CAT was his only real option within the city. being contracted under CAT doesn’t mean he works for them; but CAT makes sure that any power exerted though sen’s voice is tamed and able to be broken into sparks of imagination and imprints things on those who listen to ‘ DAYDREAM ‘ and ‘ PRETEND ‘.  many of sen’s songs revolve around ‘fairytales’ and ‘ magic ’  so the name he debuted under online was appropriately called:  FAELING .

to keep the theme of not being incredibly public, sen chooses to us a drawn avatar who was designed by yua. after the debuit single came out; yua was in charge of all the art moving forward for FAELING’s music as well as all promotional art work for albums and PV’s. it’s at that point the only thing sen was really using CAT for was producing the albums and filtering his voice’s abilities. sen goes out of his way to do vocal interviews online and is comfortable talking to people. he is happy to talk to anyone who is interested. 

Yua trying hard to hide his laughter in the background. He can’t tell him. He can’t bring himself to. Also because telling him would be way too embarrassing.

there was never a time in his life before where he felt his heart beat before but right now, it felt like time stopped after yua said those magic words. it wasn’t a scary time stop like megu-nii using his powers; instead this was like the lord was telling him ‘listen’ . maybe this was what sa-nii was talking about ‘enjoying the moment’ . maybe he was starting to understand it now.

amazing how four words in succession could cause him to stop dead in his tracks. how it made his face get hot and forget about everything else in the world except this one human. this special human. his human. 

❛  I-   ❜    he opens his mouth legitimately at a loss for words before his hands squeeze yua’s. please lord, give him strength to say it; please let him those words pass his tongue and be heard.  

the child wasn’t very good at this, was he. that was sort of obvious based on the fact that yua still had a fairyly healthy amount of tea left in his glass and it would make for unclear readings. leaning over his shoulder the librarian made a soft sound of it.
