You can enjoy the delicious taste of Neely's Wet BBQ Ribs with a tasty spice rub and lots of Neely's BBQ Sauce. These ribs are great at any barbecue because they are smoked just right to make them tender.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon dried oregano. 1 tablespoon dried thyme. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 cups Neely's BBQ Sauce store-bought or homemade. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Preheat your smoker or grill to 225F 107C. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor penetration. In a bowl, mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the rub. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Let the ribs sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate. If using a smoker, add wood chips for a smoky flavor. Place the ribs on the smoker or grill and cook for 3-4 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with Neely's BBQ Sauce, ensuring a wet and flavorful finish. Once the ribs reach an internal temperature of 190F 88C, they are ready to be taken off the smoker or grill. Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with extra Neely's BBQ Sauce on the side for dipping.
