Day 83 😀😃😁🤩 . Sunday 22 Nov 2020 . My body was needing some unexpected rest, and I think my mind also needed the same. . I had no appointments or commitments on this day, and I let my body take it's rest. . I think I slept for little bit over 24-hours only to wake up and sip some water and go back to sleep again. . When your body needs the rest, listen to your body. Don't resist all the time so that you can keep on going. .
