The issue is that people tend to forget quickly, and since the art is fairly good they are quick ‘forgive’ the Miss-hap. This, however comes back to the fact that people really don’t give a shit unless it affects them personally - which is why a LOT of problematic people have a lot of following, who simply ignores or brushes off the red flags these artists have. Honestly, it’s so fucking disappointing to see, not only because it is Na/zi propaganda (which as a European, it’s bad enough) - but because as you said, if they did that not once but TWICE and there was such a long time before the art got deleted, it is just so upsetting and not okay, and people still don’t give a shit! Like c’mon. Also, it might be a bit harsh - but I do agree. You don’t do that shit and then behave that way, if you’re concerned about the backlash you might have or if know the implications of it: ignorance might be a good excuse once, but it does not cut it. Also, you did well in schooling people, because it really does suck that people are so unaware of it and even more than that - compare the notes of the call out post and those generally given to the artist’s art: cmon.
