Neck Candy
I must have been very young when I first saw a bow tie perched upon the neck of some fellow with dashing taste. I must have stared in wonder as he took the outer edges between his thumb and forefinger to straighten and tighten it. It would have been a lesson in crispness and order and I would have mourned at my own fate. A girl. Destined to clasp the shackles of conventional necklaces around my neck. Plunging dress lines instead of crisp collars and smooth buttons.
Then I grew up, tossing aside all things conventionally feminine to embrace a deep and abiding love for the art of dapper dandy expression. So now it is my thumb and forefinger confidently adjusting the neck candy perched on my collar and I hope to share that confidence and passion with you.
