She’s careful not to overstep his boundaries, yet opens her arms to pull him into an embrace if he wishes for the touch. Not too daring, but enough to relax in the comfort of their bed. She’d be pleased if he just stayed with her a few extra minutes to delay the start of the day. He’s been away in the Capitol for longer than anticipated ( and Annie plans to make up for the lost time ).
