Of course we in the nail community do nail art in support of the cause and to hopefully draw attention to the disease. Diabetes is one thing that is not inherited in my family. But my Auntie did suffer from it, and it did contribute to her passing. When I was searching for ideas for this collab, I wanted something "cute", as I pray for @aunicornstoleherpancreas and I wanted something uplifting! Swipe to see my inspiration. I wish I could have gotten the elephant in there too! But I really liked the idea of the flower petals turning into ribbons. And just that day I got a new detail brush in from @aitprod 20/0 that worked perfectly for the tiniest detail! I chose Diamond Girl from @parrot_polish as a base for its beauty and duh, its name!
