It was rather exciting to find herself at a different place, let aside with people from other world like she was told by a certain plush toy. Ah that's right, maybe she should do something to formerly apologise after stretching the poor headmaster. Mirai scratched the back of her head in embarrassment before she continued her exploration around the campus.

"Oh...?"

Well the building was bigger than she thought with quite an outstanding architecture. Once she made it out to the gardens, her crimson eyes widened. Neat and colorful, Ah if only mother was here too, she thought with a smile on her face, she definitely would like it.

It was only a matter of little time really, for the young woman to notice she was being followed, "All right, you don't need to hide...", and little less time before she stopped her tracks and placed both of her hands over her hips.

Training to be the best meant having to face the darkest and weakest parts of one's countenance. Lee refused to partake in any activity that would negatively impact his mind, but this was a test in willpower! He knew he was what many considered a "lightweight", and he also knew what sort of damage he could inflict.

But what if he could wield that to his advantage? The task was simple enough: to see how long and how well he could train while inebriated. If at all possible.

Lee pulled out a small flask he had procured and swiftly downed the contents before he backpedaled out of his secret challenge.  One, two--

“Ooh... Urgh...” The onset happened before he could think of the word ‘three’. Lee’s vision blurred around the edges. His cheeks felt like a forest fire and his head began to swim. And soon, he was a fish in the ocean, wiggling along. He smiled to himself, dancing amidst the coral reefs.

To anyone else, he was merely stumbling through the trees like an addict who had just been gifted his favourite substance.

Lee’s attention turned to a noise that sounded just a few feet away. Even in his inebriated state, he could clearly tell this was a person. He straightened out a little before wobbling into a fighting stance. Whatever they had said to him--if anything at all--he was certain it was some form of insult! And as Konoha’s Beautiful something... Well, he was not going to accept such an offense!

The roof of the school was somewhat surprisingly a good place to hide. In Konoha the roofs weren't a good place to go if you were avoiding someone, so it hadn't occurred to him at first, but here he was, sitting on the roof and watching the smoke disappear into the pitch black.

His Christmas gift from Kurenai was keeping him company. He'd put a dint in it since then, though he was perfectly sober now. Tapping some ash off the end of his cigarette, taking a deep, calming drag.

Remember these nights dad? He wondered, watching the stars wink. How many times had his dad hunted him down drunk - illegally - and smoking - disappointingly? Not enough and too many, was probably the answer.

His dad didn't answer, because he was dead, and Asuma was distracted by the approaching presence. Looking over his shoulder, Asuma blew out another puff of smoke before saying anything.

Iwakiri's halls had been very quiet lately, quite strange indeed, at first it brought her a little peace but recently, it began to gave her an unease feeling. Either way, she didn't wanted to be inside the building and the petite shinigami took a stroll around the Academy until she found a spot that satisfied her enough.

Rukia was sitting resting her back against a tree, she opened a book. which the due date to return it was almost closed, and continued her reading. Eventually getting distracted as the wind blew, while most would find it chilling, because of certain abilities and being used to it, she didn't minded it.

That was until a rather unexpected feeling crossed her spine all the way to her neck, the violet eyed widened her eyes, "--Eek!" she exclaimed with an unusual high pitch voice due for the surprise. Taking a peek from her shoulder a feline stretched enough to go away from her hideout, "Yuki! I told you to stay back in the dorm." she said with an arched brow as she tried to help the kitten out.

There was nothing quite like a good book and Nel could immerse herself for hours in whatever world the writing on the pages in front of her created. It was even better when she got to hole up in the library where it was warm, quiet and peaceful... not to mention surrounded by the familiar smell of old and new books alike.

Technically she was supposed to be on duty but with so few students in the library there wasn't much for her to do other than to sit and read. The perfect way to pass the lunch hour in her opinion. Her librarian chair was also extremely comfortable, perhaps a bit too comfortable as together with the warmth of the room it served to create a feeling of drowsiness. 

The book she was currently reading was fascinating, yet even its powers of attraction were slowly losing to her drooping eyelids that seemed to dip lower and lower with every blink. The ex-Espada eventually allowed her book to slip from her fingers onto the desk top with a quiet plop, surrendering to the peaceful embrace of a nap with nary a concern for any who might require her assistance as librarian.

Straightening his stance, glimmering midnight hues stared out the pane less windows, orbs never lingering on any one thing for too long before moving onto the next. The chill of winter was only beginning to thaw just the slightest touch before winds and dark cloudy days brought with it more frost and gloom.

The promise of spring time loomed in sight and yet it was still so far off. Too far off for the raven's liking. He had lived in darkness and in cold for too long.

Now, he wanted the sun and everything that radiated beneath its rays.  

The ringing of the bells atop the cafe door drew his attention away from the nature that lay just beyond the walls that housed him and onto the person that had interrupted his musings.  

A cold sheen of sweat coated his forehead as he panted. He cursed under his breath and wiped it away with the back of his hand. Shisui has been trying to leave Iwakiri Academy ever since he arrived but so far he has been unsuccessful. Never has he been so thoroughly trapped, boxed in and his hands curled into fists. No matter which direction he ran, he always seemed to come to a full circle and end up where he began. All roads seemed to lead back to Iwakiri and Konoha has never felt so unreachable

Shisui was just about to flicker away once more to give it another shot, when the two crows that had joined him when he first arrived at Iwakiri suddenly flew from his shoulders and at an unsuspecting stranger..
