My ex was a runner-up at New Balance Outdoor Nationals...I lost big time.

Seeded heat of the Emerging Elite 400m hurdles at nationals!! I'm so pumped for this race you have no idea. I may not be in the championship division, but I'm aiming to win this so I definately will be next year. And the 4x100m hurdle team also from my school has a very good chance to WIN at nationals. It's so crazy, the five of us have so much potential to do well this weekend, and it was the excitement visible on everyone's faces at our last practice today. I don't even mind leaving at 5am tomorrow morning to head down to North Carolina, ahhhh I'm so ready for a great weekend!
