"Thanks so much for sticking around to help me out," Ashleigh said as she hefted one of the saddles up onto the sawhorse, sorting through the box at her feet to find the right kind of polish. "I'm excited to get things going, but I can't lie and say I'm not a little bit nervous," she admitted with a small, playful smile. Sure, she knew her way around horses, was a good teacher, had a basic idea of what she was doing, but... there would always be a certain amount of nerves tied in with taking on a new project, and in this case, a new (to her) program. "Do you have a lot of horse experience outside of volunteering here?"
