Like most things that end up taking up a lot of Silas’ time, this is all Corrin’s fault.

At fifteen it was an MCR concert, a taste of life without their family that they couldn’t do without the support of their closest friends. At eighteen it was too many cans of bad beer, a party that they ended up having to leave because Silas was drunk and Corrin was drunker and getting kicked out for throwing up on an overpriced rug that someone’s mom imported from Italy.

At twenty, it is the vast and exciting world of reptile videos.

It is only after he sends the video that Silas realizes something was off about that message history. He checks his text messages, sees Leo’s name at the top of the list with “Bearded Dragons Tasting & Reviewing New Foods!” in the message preview, and nearly dies on the spot.

What would your character’s favorite TV show be?  What’s their favorite genre?

Oh, this is a tough one haha. I can tell you what her least favorite would be, which is probably sitcoms, because she’d sit there awkwardly during the laugh tracks and not understand why any of it was funny.

Honestly she’d probably like action films, the kind with very minimal plot and flashy chase sequences with big explosions. for no reason other than “they’re cool.” I could see her training to be a stuntman in a modern AU  as a viable career path, actually... she’s definitely athletic enough for it, and she definitely wouldn’t be afraid either. But yeah, I can see her watching action movies just kind of silently appreciating all the stunts and thinking that would be cool to do (though her true anxiety would be from being in front of the camera at all, not the stunts themselves).

I also headcanon that she appreciates birds because 1) feathers in her outfit and 2) Feh in her New Year’s alt, so I guess she’d also probably enjoy animal shows? One that have a lot of pretty shots of wild animals, or the ones where the animals do tricks, like Pet Star oh my god that show hasn’t been on air since 2005, I’m having an existential crisis but yeah, something she can watch and appreciate without having to do the thinking herself. I guess that’s pretty much the animal equivalent of stunts, haha.
