I just finished my last of these @natureswaybrands NutraVerge Omega-3 plant based softgels that NaturesWay ever so kindly sent me. First and foremost these softgels do not give me heartburn like my previous omegas did (Score!). That was the reason why i was on the hunt for a new brand. • • Thankfully i found these and they are #Vegan, #GelatinFree and contain both algae-derived DHA (algal oil), EPA, and omega3 fatty acids. What i like most is that they source their omegas from plants and not fish. Meaning fish are saved and no 3rd party omegas just straight up plant based (I’m in love). • • Overall these omega-3s did the job for me. They didn’t make me feel bad or sick at all, and no fishy burps after either because again (my favorite part lol) it’s not from fish. #Sweet i would buy these again. They’re an affordable plant based omega.
