Post 1 What an experience NTC 2018 was!! I’m still blown away of what and how much your body can do and how much you can push it! 🤯 24hour sports marathon got the best of me, it pushed me to my physical (cramping/injuries, sleep deprivation), mental (wanting to give up), emotional (crying, frustration, etc.) and spiritual boundaries, but I stood tall through it all, pushed through pain and exhaustion being strengthened by God and His love! 🙏🏼 #tgbtg Just a quick overview of some activities: - Swimming (2hrs) 🏊🏼‍♀️ - CrossFit (1hr)🏋🏻‍♀️ - Cross country run (7k)🏃🏻‍♀️ - Soccer + push-ups and burpees (2 hrs) ⚽️ - Ultimate football + sit-ups and burpees (2 hrs)🏈 - Silent Puzzle (2.5hrs - death of all of us! 😂) - Amazing race (3hrs) - Thug of war (1hr) - Crazy ball (1hr) - Rock throw (1hr) - Golgotha (2hrs) #ntc2018 #runntc #aia #aiancan #ntc #nationaltraining #camp #athletesinaction #sports #marathon #24hrs #soccer #ultimate #football #crossfit #crosscountry #swimming (at University of Guelph)
