This Patriotic Red, White, and Blue Fudge is a tasty treat that you can use to honor national holidays or show your patriotism. It looks nice and tastes great because it has layers of red, white, and blue.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Red food coloring. Blue food coloring. 1/2 cup red and blue sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Cover a square 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. To make the mixture smooth and fully melted, microwave it for 30 seconds at a time and stir it after each one. Add the vanilla extract to the mix and mix it in well. Split the fudge mixture in three equal parts and put each one in its own bowl. Put blue food coloring in one bowl and red food coloring in another. Mix the colors until you get the shades you want. Pour the blue fudge mixture into the pan that has been prepared. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly. Carefully pour the white fudge mix on top of the blue layer and make sure it's spread out evenly. Finally, add the red fudge mix on top of the white layer and make sure it's spread out evenly. If you want to make it look even better, you can sprinkle red and blue sprinkles on top. It should be chilled for at least two hours, or until the fudge is set, in the pan. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut it into squares after putting it on a cutting board. Enjoy your red, white, and blue fudge that's made in honor of our country!
