      Okay, so he probably was having too much fun stealing from folks here. Finally, at least. He was starting to settle down and settle in here. That was something, right? Remy was always in a situation where he was uncomfortable, so to be able to have some fun in this strange place? It was good. Even if it was... You know. Stealing. But that wa his thing! If no one expected more from him back home--- though most of the X Men tried to expect more from him for years in that matter-- why should he try harder for people to think more of him here?

      But his ways could very well get him in a bit of trouble here soon enough, the ways of this place were still strange-- the mutant would need to watch himself very closely if anything came up.

      Of course, he was about to try and make something of this day--- purposely bumping into someone to make off with whatever he could grab before stopping himself, now unintentionally running into the woman he was positive he had seen her back in his own world.

“Certainly not the spider I was looking for, but I won’t complain.” A spider’s still a spider, even if this one in particular can’t shoot webs. She’s sure the recognition is mutual, so she saves the could-be hostile tone for someone more deserving. Perhaps less? Who knows. “You don’t have that ‘where the hell am I’ look about you.” But then, when did Natasha ever? “So let me guess!”

    It didn't really seem like the time to indulge in festivities, not when everything back home was falling into chaos. Where the others all right? Had Kuvira's takeover happened while she was away? These were among her thoughts, everyday single day while she was trapped and utterly powerless. Still, perhaps taking a moment to dispel her worries wasn't such a bad idea. Getting angry over something she had no control over wouldn't help, she'd come to realise that very recently.

    In fact the snow that falls heavily makes her feel somewhat more at home, used to the colder climate and having snow all year round. As she takes her stroll in the park she notes the decorations adorning some peoples houses, and while the celebrations are unknown to her there's a nice feel to it. She takes particular interest in the snow sculptures others form with the abundant of snow in the area, she's no stranger to snowmen at least. In fact she's somewhat of a snowman expert...or likes to think she is. With a little waterbending she has her own giant snowman, that was more of a giant snow bison. It's not until she steps back to admire her work does she notice that she has a spectator.
