If there was any canon way on how a dragons transform from one breed to the next, I imagine it goes a bit like this. The dragon chants from the scroll and the breed they desire to be appears before their eyes, and they're taken over by a bright glow.
It was like that for Nasima, anyway, but since she didn't keep still long enough she still has fluff on most of her body pbbthtb

So I recently changed my progen dragon from a tundra to a guardian. I like to imagine that she still has her fuzzy feet and tail and it still sorta forgetful. ;o;
Here's Nasima the Eevee and Lee the Meowstic! This is an old drawing, so there is some slight design changes (which are all color related).
Nasima is a female Eevee who is genetically mutated. She can't naturally evolve, however, she can become any of her evolutions, but only for some time and with some disadvantages for each. She's overall kind, sweet but yet very shy. She can have panic attacks under stressful situations.
Moveset: Shadow Ball, Quick Attack, Charm, Bite
Lee is obviously a male Meowstic. However, he's very goofy and quite open for a Meowstic. He loves making friends and just enjoying himself. He's not much of a DJ, but he loves music. Lee may be a sweet 'mon, but he knows how to be a leader when it comes to battle.
Moveset: Thunderbolt, Disarming Voice, Psychic, Dark Pulse
