There dreams come true .. 

It’s really simple dear. Now, ofc you’ll hear SS fans claim that, ne?However, matters are still simple. We, the Narusaku fans (and by that, I must publicly congratulate you guys all, we were told we read the manga correctly!), have always said this: Sakura still loves Sasuke. But not romantically anymore. He cares about him as part of Team 7, as nakama. In the end, this has been the boy she loved, in her own way, for a long long time.

However, he did lots of things that hurt her, hence why Kakashi says that “And Sakura… I reckon your feelings towards Sasuke have changed since that time” -> Kakashi putting an emphasis on her initial feelings for Sasuke here, however, he also speaks about the fact that she isn’t the same 12 years old girl, that she knows the reality she lives in and her feelings have changed, since then.

"Even if you still like him, it’s probably a different feeling” - Kakashi was very much involved in Team 7 reuniting again and saw how Sakura was about to be chidori’d and throat slashed open by him, in his crazy days. He, also, witnessed Sakura’s confession and saw the lengths that Sakura would go for Naruto, in order to have him safe. But, he also noticed Sakura’s incapability of killing Sasuke.Therefore, that’s why we have the if - which is an open condition, what is said in the condition (here being Kakashi talking about her feelings) is possible (sorry for the little grammar lesson), things are, however, like he said… different. Of course, he says here probably. But the emphasis is on different because as I previously said, Kakashi had been witnessing all these changes in Sakura’s mannerism and behavior towards both Sasuke and Naruto.

"You still have feelings for someone who tried to kill you… No matter what happens, you’re unable to cast away the one you liked and still think that it’s your duty to save Sasuke from darkness. You’re a kind girl”.

What is Kakashi telling us here? That indeed, she still has feelings, however, feelings = / = romantic feelings. What Kakashi is referring here to is the fact that she is unable to change into a robotic machine and care not about her former crush/nakama. And, as I already explained here (thanks Kishi for confirming me!), she still considers him a nakama (the different feelings he was talking about earlier, in the first sentence and the “you still have feelings for someone who tried to kill you”) and feels it’s her duty to save Sasuke from darkness, the same way Naruto feels as well.

Therefore, Sakura’s feelings towards Sasuke at this point are the same feelings Naruto has for him: friendship/nakama/an important bond of hers.

Now, of course, until we don’t hear this from Sakura’s mouth, so to speak, we cannot give any “final conclusion”, however, we mustn’t forget about authorial intent. Kishi doesn’t do things just for lulz when it comes to matter like these.

If Sakura’s feelings for Sasuke would’ve still been the same, he wouldn’t have had to use such words and wouldn’t have mentioned that her feelings are different, the feelings she still has for someone who tried to kill her, are feelings of duty as Sasuke’s nakama, feeling responsible to save him from the darkness, because she is a kind girl and, he wouldn’t have used the past tense when it came to her romantic feelings.

ah, it’s golden week. and here i’ve been wondering why there weren’t any new chapters… -.-
