IC 5070 - the Pelican Nebula (SHO)
One of the brightest targets in the late summer sky, and a great target for narrowband, as it's bright across all three common astronomical emission bands (sulfur, hydrogen, and oxygen)
Shot at 600mm (f/4) with a Newtonian telescope from Bortle 7 skies. Total integration time: 8 hours (2h Sii, 2h Ha, 4h Oiii)

And the Soul Nebula in color... I haven't captured any OIII or SII data in the last few months, but I do have the Sh2-199 data in all three bandpasses from last year. Using Ha from last week with O3 and S2 from last year for this one in SHO -> RGB.
The Tadpoles - NGC 1893 I did get some clear skies this past week, but disaster struck... my laptop decided to die. At first I thought it was the RAM going bad, but it appears that it's the motherboard. Until I can get that all sorted, some old data it is! A few weeks ago I posted a SHO Palette version of this data. Located in Auriga, NGC 1893 is a star cluster surrounded by nebulosity which is designated as IC 410. Here is almost 6 hours taken from Providence, RI. . 49 x 420s Dark, flat, dark flat and bias calibration frames 800 ISO - Bortle 8 - 7°C / 45% RH . Bicolor monkey madness!!!! Ngc 2174 the monkey head nebula Tell you what Galaxy season has been tough. Haven't gotten much to show for yet as my full time job is keeping me extra busy and clouds want to show up on my off days. So! Here I am doing a fun bicolor edit of one of my favorite nebula. Personally I still prefer the first one I have on my page as it's full sho narrowband, but I just enjoy editing bicolor and showing the hydrogen and oxygen.
