A totally packed Goldener Salon; that’s a clear signal: more and more people in Hamburg discover the danceable retrosounds of 8 Pauli. As usual, the 8-bit scene from Hamburg ist there, but we also have a special guest from Nürnberg. irq7 will bring his entertaining liveset with gameboys, retrosynths and a vocoder on stage. A must-see for chiptunefans. irq7 Gameboy/Electro/Nürnberg Hannes Fertala, a.k.a. irq7, is the founder of „Chip Hits The Fan“, one of the bigger chiptune-festivals in Germany. His songs are influenced by the music of the 8-Bit homecomputer-scene and modern clubsounds, like electro, drum ´n bass and breakbeats. Catchy melodies and danceable beats are his trademark. Poly in Frames (with live-drummer) Chiptunes/Electro/Hamburg Poly in Frames a.k.a. The Huitbeat Dance Collective is there since the beginning of 8 Pauli. His music consists of 8-bit impulses, modern electrosounds and also live-drums. He made remixes for 10 Meter Feldweg, Ladytron, Raketenkind, Salamandroids, Florian Filsinger and many more. Since 2015 he works together with drummer Vincent Golly, who performs his programmed drums live on his drumset. The Mad Bitter Gameboy/Trap/Hamburg

This Hamburg based artist who was born in Holland is the founder of 8 Pauli and a big fan of experimental music. For his DJ-Set at 8 Pauli Naomi Sample is playing the best songs from his 8-Bit Vinyl-collection.
