I think Azula becoming an artist/artisan would be cool and probably better for her considering what fighting has meant to her thus far, but the part of me thats like hehe fighting cool thinks that her redemption would be kinda like sokka learning the non-bending martial art styles from the different nations (except the fire nation obv) bc I think it would help deprogram her from all the nationlaism and allow her to understand and empathize with people she previously considered lesser than her.
you could also combine those ideas, and azula decides to study the arts of the other nations, rather than their fighting styles. maybe even help aang with a revival of the types of arts from the air nomads that were lost to time 🤔it could offer a thematic justice of sorts, helping to rebuild something that her ancestors destroyed.
