Yesssss! I absolutely do! I'm so glad you are interested! I was so obsessed with the show after watching it and thus an oc happened.
I haven't created an intro for her yet, but here is what I have so far about her.
So, instead of Steven being the oldest out of the Crain siblings, my oc Nancy is. Just because I wanted the Crains to have a responsible protective and understanding older sibling to all of them.
Like how her mother and sister Theo had special abilities, so did Nancy. She is an empath, she can feel others' emotions, like her siblings and parents.
This also meant when she first stepped into Hill House she felt such sudden despair and misery it made her dislike the home instantly.
She was also the first to feel like there was something not quite right with her mother...
Nancy could also see the ghosts in the home, which included Nellie's bent neck lady, and always climbed into bed with her to shield her away from the sight and protect her after her parents or Steven went away.
Being the oldest, Nancy has always felt like her own feelings and emotions didn't really matter...because she had to look out for her siblings and protect them.
So, she tried to play the peacemaker every time, getting involved with her sibling's arguments to try and work things out, despite her constant growing frustrations and hatred for her siblings as it got worse over the years.
The only siblings that had never frustrated Nancy, nor make her cry in exasperation was her younger sister Nellie. She had always been close to her and cared for her. Nancy was even Nellie's maid of honor in her wedding and she was hers.
Like all the Crain siblings, Nancy's life was in shambles. She was married to her husband for seven years before it ended. It ended after Nancy had a miscarriage, finding out she cannot have children of her own.
Her husband abandoned her after this by cheating on her, getting the mistress pregnant, and then ultimately leaving her.
When the events of Hill House began again, Nancy was actually the one who found Nellie's body in Hill House in the morning. She got the call from Nellie the night before and was greatly concerned for her safety, so, she ignored her dad's warnings and ended up finding Nell's hanging body with Mrs. Dudley.
