Nai Nai was an online girl with so much to live for. She was only 15 years old when she died by suicide. Though what makes her story so different is that it truly shows how much a human life is cared for in today ´ s world. Nai Nai did it on live stream, like many others have in the past. But, people were there. They saw what was happening right before their eyes and did nothing but watch. Almost like her life meant nothing. On her last note to the world it was obvious how much she cared for other people. In her words, she wanted to bring peace and warmth to the people around her. Yet, people called her acts selfish, and said that what happened to her was deserved. No word can describe the amount of anger I feel for the unintelligent people saying these words. I get it, honestly, she supported something that was not right at all. But, instead of stating the problem, we need to go in to why the problem existed in the first place. Nai was clearly not in the right state of mind. I mean, if you looked into the kind of family she was born into, you could see why her head was clearly in need of obvious examination. Her mother, (I don't know much about her father) literally wanted to exorcise her. She deadass though there was a demo inside her. Now, most people in China, especially the elderly, don't believe in mental illness and see it as an excuse to not do work. So she didn't have any family really supporting her in her struggles. Now, I don't want to put too much on her friends, but they were clearly romanticizing the issue as well. So, like most kids in time of struggle, go to the internet. Now this is where a lot of the other problems come in as well. Alyssa Bustamante, and overall the TCC stuff. If you were to look into some of her past messages and chats there was some evidence that she was actually introduced to this kind of subject by grooming. It is very important that we don ´ t go to conclusions though. We also have to know that she is not in the USA, where we have different views and opinions on things than China does. Some of y'all have zero empathy, which makes you absolutely no different from her, and the people that she supported. Also, what is really shitty is how China, and the overall public is shoving away her death. She, and every other person needs to be recognized. Her death will not be forgotten. I will be reminding everyone for years as they go by. This, and so many other deaths could have been stopped. Nai Nai, you are such a special girl. I was more than happy to call you my friend. I'm sorry that death needed you more than us, and I am unimaginably sick by the fact that you had to leave this earth due to the pain it provides. I hate this planet, I hate everyone on it. Though I will not join you as you wish because nobody respected you while you were alive. I don't believe in a God but holy fuck I want you to be at the most underlying peace ever. There isn't any word to describe how truly beautiful you are. You will ever rot in the ground like most say, instead your body will be used to plant flowers that grow and show your beauty to the world. You really are everything, beautiful is just a word that only reflects half of you. This evil world couldn't have possibly been able to handle your lovable and angelic self. I hope it feels better over there Nai, I ´ ll meet you on the other side.
