नई दिल्ली, 09 जुलाई। वीएलसीसी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ ब्यूटी एंड न्यूट्रिशन, एशिया में ब्यूटी एंड वेलनेस ट्रेनिंग में अग्रणी ने आज इंडिया हैबिटेट सेंटर में अपना 18वां दीक्षांत समारोह आयोजित किया, जहां 400 से अधिक छात्रों को उनके प्रमाणपत्र से सम्मानित किया गया।

डॉ. महेंद्र नाथ पांडे, माननीय कैबिनेट मंत्र, कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता, मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर दीक्षांत समारोह में उपस्थित थे। समारोह में संसद सदस्य दिल्ली (उत्तर-पूर्व) और भारतीय जनता पार्टी के दिल्ल अध्यक्ष, श्री मनोज तिवारी भी उपिस्थत थे।

दीक्षांत समारोह में वीएलसीसी के संस्थापक और मेंटर सुश्री वंदना लूथरा और इंडिया टीवी के चेयरमैन और एडिटर-इन-चीफ रजत शर्मा के साथ एनएसडीसी, सीआईआई, जेएसडीएम और ओएसडीए के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी इस कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित थे। दीक्षांत समारोह में वीएलसीसी के संस्थापक और मेंटर सुश्री वंदना लूथरा और इंडिया टीवी के चेयरमैन और एडिटर-इन-चीफ रजत शर्मा के साथ एनएसडीसी, सीआईआई, जेएसडीएम और ओएसडीए के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी इस कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित थे। वीएलसीसी इंस्टीट्यूट ने अत्यधिक सफल पूर्व छात्रों को भी आमंत्रित किया और सम्मानित किया जो इंडस्ट्री में अपनी पहचान बना रहे हैं।

 एलसीसी की संस्थापक और मेंटर, सुश्री वंदना लूथरा ने दीक्षांत समारोह में कहा कि “मैं सभी छात्रों को उनके उत्कृष्ट परिणाम के लिए बधाई देना चाहती हूं। कौशल विकास और शिक्षा के माध्यम से भारत की प्रतिस्पर्धा और नवाचार को मजबूत करना हमारे भविष्य की कुंजी है। 2001 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से, वीएलसीसी संस्थान भारत में व्यावसायिक शिक्षा और कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध ने अब तक 2,00,000 से अधिक छात्रों को प्रशिक्षित किया है। सरकार ने ‘स्किल इंडिया’ मिशन के तहत प्रशंसनीय पहल की शुरुआत की है, जिसने इंडस्ट्री को अधिक संगठित होने और प्रशिक्षित लोगों का एक पूल बनाने में मदद की है। यह इस मिशन के तहत है कि वीएलसीसी ने अब तक 30,000 से अधिक छात्रों को प्रशिक्षित किया है। आज, उद्योग के परिदृश्य और सरकार की ओर से सक्रिय समर्थन के साथ, हम प्रतिवर्ष 40,000 छात्रों को छात्र संख्या बढ़ाने और उद्योग में प्रशिक्षित मानव शक्ति की मांग और आपूर्ति के बीच अंतर को बंद करने का लक्ष्य रखते हैं।”

 दीक्षांत समारोह में बोलते हुए डॉ.महेंद्र नाथ पांडे, माननीय केन्द्रीय कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्री ने कहा कि “आज यहां इकट्ठा हुए प्रतिभाशाली लोगों को संबोधित करना मेरे लिए भी प्रेरणा है। आज कौशल विकास का दुनिया भर में शिक्षा के रूप में बहुत महत्व है और हम कौशल और शिक्षा में पैमाने और गति सुनिश्चित कर रहे हैं। ब्यूटी एंड वेलनेस इंडस्ट्री 14 प्रतिशत की विकास दर और समय के साथ फलफूल रहा है। इस क्षेत्र में उद्यमी बनने के अवसर के साथ-साथ सुविधाजनक रोजगार प्रदान करने की क्षमता है। इन आकांक्षी युवाओं को सहायता देने के लिए हमारे पास मुद्रा योजना जैसी सरकारी योजनाएं भी हैं। हमारी जिम्मेदारी है कि हम वीएलसीस जैसे कॉर्पोरेट छात्रों को हर संभव सभी प्रकार की वित्तीय सहायता दें जो हम कर सकते हैं, विशेषकर महिलाओं को। ब्यूटी एंड वेलनेस इंडस्ट्री को देश के सबसे सक्षम क्षेत्रों में से एक बनाने के लिए आवश्यक पूरा समर्थन मिलेगा।”

सुश्री वंदना लूथरा ने बताया कि वीएलसीसी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ ब्यूटी एंड न्यूट्रिशन में लगभग 150 प्लेसमेंट पार्टनर हैं, जिनमें लोरियल, श्वार्जकोफ, मैक और नेस्ले, अन्य शामिल हैं। वीएलसीसी संस्थान के लगभग 30 प्रतिशत छात्र अपना काम शुरू कर चुके हैं और सफल उद्यमी बन गए हैं।
