#pSA #NAILTECHS and #naildiy enthusiasts. Wear glasses or safety glasses when using an efile, even for one nail. I was Nowhere near my face, and it was filing away from me to debulk/remove a nail when a piece of debris flew in my eye. I have no serious injury, for which I am incredibly grateful, but for comfort and recovery purposes I need a patch for a few days. I luckily have a first aid kit, strerile saline and wash able to do a washout which removed a crumb sized piece of acrylic from my eye. The lid is scratched from me removing it with a saline soaked cotton tipped applicator (the quickest safest way I could alone at the early hours of today). I donโt advise self removal like that, but I made my choice. Hopefully it will heal well and no infection will happen.
