Hi, Iām a 33-year-old nudist from Germany. Even though the weather here isnāt always inviting, I try to be nude as often as possibleābecause it simply feels natural and free.
When I have to wear clothes, I usually go commando. I honestly donāt see the point of underwear: it feels restrictive, never sits right, and is simply useless to me. The only kind of underwear I actually accept ā and even love ā youāll find on my side blog

Sometimes nudity and sexuality overlap. Sexuality is natural too ā without it, none of us would be here. Still, the heart of this blog is body positivity and celebrating nudity without shame.
My goal is simple: to celebrate real bodies. No matter your size, shape, color, scars, or softness ā every body is worthy and beautiful. We donāt need to hide our bodies.
