          “Will you listen to me for once?” Nari asked in exasperation, her eyes on fire. She shoved the other girl’s shoulder, maybe a little roughly, and let out a breath of air. She wished she could say this was an isolated situation, but it seemed to be happening often these days. “I swear, you drive me crazy sometimes.” 

          “You’re surprised because you have a soft spot for hot blondes.”

          “Don’t worry about it.” Nari granted easily, taking a puff of her cigarette. There was a moment of silence as she blew out the smoke and watched it curl up into the atmosphere. “I get over things quickly. By morning I won’t even remember you exist.” She glanced at the other and shrugged.

On a normal occasion, Nari might be grateful to have a friend around, especially when she feels like absolutely shit. She wasn’t one to keep quiet about how horrible she felt. But today, she just really wants the other girl to leave. She hated other people seeing her cry-- it was one of the worst and most embarrassing experiences she could ever have to deal with. When it became apparent that Annabeth definitely isn’t leaving, Nari sighs. “It was worth a try.” She grumbles, turning her face from the other.

NARI: Important question: let’s say i broke something. NARI: What do you think the chances are of me losing the potential lawsuit?

She let Chohee kiss her. When she pulled away, Nari looked up at her curiously, still lying back on the bed. “What was that for?” She asked quietly, hardly above a whisper.
