New MyWW+ launched today on @ww app. Iβm excited for the meal planning/prep functionality as well as a holistic approach. . Iβve noticed over the last decade on my weight loss journey that I am most successful when I am in alignment. I need sleep, activity, nutrition, and a positive mindset. For me mindset can really undo things - from how Iβm feeling about my body, to how drained I am at work, to how much/little Iβm socializing, and my stress level. . I really want to work on my winter activity plan since there means less and less outdoor walking. Iβm planning to do lunch times walks and then after work do a workout either pump, cardio dvd, or recovery with yoga. Itβs important for me to move my body everyday, and more so in the age of telework where Iβm sitting more than ever. . I also want to continue working on my sleep hygiene. Iβve kept my phone charger across the room for over 2 years now with my phone in sleep mode, but it still is hard to get my phone to the charger at night. Iβm usually in bed with it until the battery drains. I want to make a conscious effort to write at night again (I may turn my morning pages into even pages because that seems most authentic to me).
