What's your opinion about pet owners who put their cats/dogs (or any other non-herbivore pet) on a vegan diet, claim they are "healthy" and that "the vet found nothing abnormal"?
Their science is bad and they should feel bad.
I mean, I’m nicer about it than that, but nutritional needs can’t be subverted by wishful thinking and human ethics. Animals need the food they need and it’s highly irresponsible to take an animal in and then choose to force it to adhere to your personal moral code.
