Unfortunately in the real estate industry (and many other industries) today, personal safety has become a major concern. While we know that the majority of people out there are good, there are more and more reports about those that are not good, and it’s forced many of us to take a hard look at how we operate on a day-to-day basis. The good news is, there are lots of ways to protect ourselves. 

Recently, MyForce and Metrolist, the largest Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Colorado and the provider of REcolorado.com, have formed a partnership to offer the MyForce personal safety service to Colorado real estate brokers and agents at a greatly reduced price.

MyForce transforms your smartphone into a cutting-edge personal security device for those situations when you’re feeling unsafe or finding yourself in a potentially dangerous situation, especially during the season of waning daylight. By simply touching a button, MyForce members are able to discretely send an alert to a 24/7 monitoring team to get help fast.

Due to the nature of their jobs, real estate brokers and agents often find themselves in situations where they are alone or with unfamiliar persons. The MyForce service provides them peace of mind to focus on their business, as opposed to worrying about their safety.
