OKAY SO I've never tried making krumkake before but I was going thru the cupboard and found the one we got from Keith's grandma -- and inspiration hit. Did I get better at it by the end of the batch? Ah hahaha, no! Of course not! Not even a little! Why would you even ask that? But it was fun, and I feel a little more Scandinavian than I did an hour ago. Today I challenged myself to not be afraid of going long distances. And I did it!! 3K Blacklight Run! I'm not athletic and I'm out of shape but feel accomplished!
