Guidry's Shop by cubzikbuilds
This lot is by far my favorite in my forever save file. I love the idea of ββa storyline surrounding Guidry and the many collectibles and haunted objects he may have picked up and passed down through his family!
The upstairs area is unfurnished, but I have personally decided to turn it into a classroom. My sim runs the shop during the day and teaches her occult history classes at night. I imagine she also uses the little office to help her customers reconnect with their passed loved ones.
Arcade & Bowling Alley by ninahschmidt
This lot in my save is owned by Raymond Prescott (of course) and is a very popular hangout for my teens. It was originally built on a lot in Del Sol Valley, but since it used some furniture from High School Years, it fit perfectly in Copperdale. If you own the Business and Hobbies pack, your sim can even live in the cute little apartment upstairs!
Drive-In-Movie Theater by RachelPedd
I honestly can't think of another world more fit for a drive-in. It's got food trucks, arcade games, and swingsets. I don't know about your games, but my child sims never wanna just sit down and watch a movie or TV without mods. Thankfully, there's plenty of other fun things to keep them occupied and out of my hair π

Lore: The Colonel was already a strict man, but the disappearance of his wife made him even more paranoid and he rules the house with an iron fist. Dante, who would love to run away from all the Strangerville craziness, is now a soldier by obligation and tries to keep Luis away from all of that sht.

So I've gotten into a rut as far as building my save :(. However this means I can do some current household play! Granite falls has two lots left and I created a pond in Mt. Komorebi and its beautiful!! What's most likely gonna happen is ill fill my worlds with some of my favorite lots from other creators and then overtime replace those lots. Which means I'd be doing a lot of filling in with the T.O.O.L Mod!
