A/N: I haven’t written in forever, and none of it about youtubers, so please bear with me. Also, I’m really into Joe and the moment so I wrote a little blurb. Basically, Y/N is invited to the Sugg Family home.

Pairing: Joe Sugg x Reader

Joe watched you cook in the kitchen with his family. Tracey and Graham asked Joe and Zoe to bring you and Alfie over for a family dinner. This had been the first time Joe had a serious girlfriend in a while; the other girls had just been flings. You happened to be the first girl he’s brought home in years, and frankly the only person he liked enough to even think about bringing home. So, when his parents asked him to bring you he agreed. The two of you had been dating for 8 months, and the only people who knew about it were close family and friends; neither of you wanted the pressure of having the public eye on you.

Zoe happened to be one of the first people to know about yours and Joe’s relationship, and the two of you grew quite close. This was the first time you were meeting Joe’s parents though. You had expressed your nervousness to Joe and Zoe throughout the weeks leading to the meeting; both of them always tried to reassure you that Tracey and Graham were going to love you. “You’ll fit right in, love.” Joe would tell you, but you were never sure until now.

Joe watched you and his family make jokes and laugh together while making dinner. Everything in that moment was perfect to him; and it seemed like everything in his life was falling into place. He his family, friend and girlfriend all in one room. This was the moment he realized he was falling in love with you. For Joe, this moment was a scene out of a cheesy romance film; there was an angelic glow surrounding you, you were the only person he saw, and time started to move in slow motion. “Why don’t you come and help out, you lazy bum!” Zoe teased breaking his trance. Joe walked over to you hugged you from behind then kissed your cheek.

Once dinner was finished the six of you sat down at the table.  Joe had become more affectionate than he’s ever been in front of other people. He made sure he was sitting as close to you as possible, and his hand never left your thigh. Occasionally, you’d look over at Joe and his eyes would be sparkling. He would look back at you and just smile then go back to the conversation. You were falling in love with Joe in this moment; you never wanted to lose that smile.
