Star wanted to think everything that was happening was a bad dream. She would wake up and she would be back in the hellhole she once called home. Her mother would make an attempt to kill her while her father constantly reminded her of what a mistake she was. At least the only thing she would have to worry about is where to sleep rather than deal with the parental abuse; there was no need to kill anyone just to maintain her sanity.

Although... the loss of her parents in such a brutal and bloody fashion wouldn't be so bad...

Star squeezed her eyes shut as if to banish such dark thoughts. It was more likely the vampire side trying to lull her into its embrace, just like David was wanting her to take that next step with Michael.

"Have you ever kept a human around for whatever reason?" Star asked Tatiana. The other female had admitted she had never deal with a situation like Star's before, but for however long she existed, surely she knew some things that could possibly help out the half vampire in the long run. "It's possible to just not kill them, right? No matter how... good... their blood might smell?"

         One thing that Sarah adored about the modern day was certainly how easy it was now to get from A to B. Public transport had fascinated her from the beginning on, and the more it was used in a city, the more Sarah wished to stay there. The quickly moving world in the 21st century was simply wonderful to her, especially compared to the 19th century in which she had grown up.

         And yet ── she absolutely HATED that there were always people in the way when she left her train, standing around, doing nothing except making it nearly impossible for everyone else to move.
