It's Disability Pride Month, which means that, once again, I have to remind the general populace that people with invisible and chronic illnesses are still disabled. And if you're telling a disabled person that they need to be more visibly disabled (or, for that matter, telling any marginalized person that they need to be more visibly marginalized) in order to "count" or "matter" or "be credible", then you're not an ally, you're an asshole.
