😢  Do you still think about people you knew years, even centuries, ago? :

The easy answer, Yes, All the time. Jane reminds her a lot of her younger brother which makes her mind wander away sometimes. Even if it’s been centuries since she lost her real family and the peoples he befriended, she still wishes things would have gone differently from all of them. When it comes to her family she is rather secretive but when she does think about them she is usually alone and tries to not let herself break down. After so many years without getting a hug from her mother, hair ruffled by her father or wrestling with her brothers, she just can’t help but think about them. 

📗 What is one of the most valuable things you’ve learned?:

To never lose faith. “If you'd lost all your faith I couldn't be here” is something she said to Cinderella and even things have been hard for herself through the years she had always the faith of a better day, better week, better month, better year. Keeping your faith in that good will succeed, that life will get better or just that you will survive the day have made her life incredibly much easier. 

☹ Talk about your memory of a tragedy you’ve witnessed :

Choose just one? It’s almost not possible but remember the christening everyone in the land was invited to which ended in a baby getting cursed? Yes, She was at Aurora’s christening, not being able to do ANYTHING when another family was ripped apart. It wasn’t her place that time to do something since Aurora already had her fairy godmothers and even if she wanted to help more than anything she wasn’t allowed to.

That is why she after everything supports Leah through life. Since in Descendants canon, Stefan died and there are no doubts Leah has her work out for her since her family isn’t entirely perfect. She spends so much time trying to make up for not being able to help a family together because of what Maleficent did and she constantly wishes she could turn back time. 

🖤  Do you believe immortality changes someone for the worst? : 

It highly depends on the person in her opinion. She herself is immortal ( Until her wand is given away or it breaks ) but she can’t say that she has changed for the better either with the immortality. She has witnessed so many people gone mad because of the none-ability to die and sometimes she just wished she would have a normal lifespan where she didn’t have to live longer than necessary. Immortality in her mind is a curse and a blessing and she does believe it can change people for the worst but also for the better. 

⏳ Do you ever wish you had a mortal lifespan? :

All the time. So many days have gone by with her trying to change her lifespan. She spent hours after her family died trying to get a mortal lifespan so she wouldn’t live longer than she needed too but she realized it was no use and her destiny was to live forever. There is a lot of times she wishes it when a friend dies or when she is just tired of everything that life throws at her but on the same time she knows she should be grateful for the magic keeping her alive but it’s so hard sometimes.

Of course Fay was avoiding him. Because avoiding Preston was a million times easier than trying to figure out what to say to your one true love after you left him and broke his heart. Not that Fay had definitive proof that she broke his heart; he might have been perfectly fine. It just...it seemed better to play it safe. Especially after her first run in with him had resulted in mostly incoherent rambling. Or maybe it was coherent rambling. All she remembered was rambling.

Either way. Avoidance seemed the way to go. Not that she could tell Jane that. 

She wasn’t too keen on lying to her sister either. She had tried never to do that. But if it was between telling a small, harmless white lie and letting Jane think it was okay to run from one’s problems? She was going to lie.

This is … a trick, right?  The infamous daughter of Maleficent would never ask for help, much less from keeps-to-herself Jane DiFortunato.  If she were anything like her manipulative father, she might take this opportunity and twist it around to her own advantage.  But she isn’t, and so she can’t.  Finally, after a beat of hesitation and seesawing contemplation, the wicked godfather’s not-so-wicked daughter gives in.  “What — what can I do?”
