It was late afternoon, very late afternoon when the two shady figures approached the lengthy marble staircase on the outskirts of the city, gingerly assuring there was no one around as they planned their mischiefs. It has been a while since the couple cooperated with Team Rocket, two excellent grunts to be straight honest, and possibly going for becoming admins: they always did what they asked for, not a single mistake was committed since they were associated with the villainous gang.

“So, we enter the shop, a quick challenge and everyone should be beaten” she quickly explained as she addressed to her fellow, a brief smile tugged her rosy lips as she expected the mission to be quite amusing. As a matter of fact, they usually didn’t accomplish difficult missions –or maybe it were the two of them that were way too strong to consider the situations they faced easy. Regardless, they were doubtless tremendous duo, no one has got the chance to defeat them already: Lyra was an excellent supporter, while Red was a tenacious tank, a perfect match and a rather unmanageable team to outplay.

“I will take care of the rest, so just concentrate on the target.” she lastly spoke, her slender silhouette already climbing up the long marble stair in front of them, the dim lights of the city feebly letting recognize where the shop where they were heading was; it was late afternoon after all, even the rose-coloured sky of the setting was no help at all for the view. It actually was a somewhat romantic scenery to be surrounded by, yet the brunette sadly had no time for those kind of considerations, as she had a mission to accomplish with his colleague –who has seemingly stopped at the beginning of the staircase, as she suddenly noticed his absence behind her figure.

Dawn stared toward the Great Marsh standing at the edge of the murkey depths in front of her, she had been here before and she considered it to be hell, just the dirt and pokemon jumping out of there just...ughh it was really unpleasant to say the least. But some thing you just have to endure because she was lingering around here looking for a specific pokemon to have for her team.

Though she was locked into a glaring contest with the blasted marsh, she really did not want to go in there... Making a small sigh she folded her arms and tapped her foot, maybe if she made Staraptor scout about she could get lucky?

Though as she examined the large area she was thankful it hadn't started raining...yet... Though something squirming in the deep watery mud caught her attention. What was... OH jeeze, THAT happened to be a person. 

"Oh dear...." She mumbled to herself quietly before quickly rumaging through her bag and bringing out a pokeball calling out her Staraptor. Hopping onto the large bird she pointed toward the person stuck in the marsh. The pokemon flew over and hovered gently next to the stranger.

"Hey are you hanging okay in there, you can try grab on if you need some help"

[Having gotten himself over to Vermilion City, he's going to do absolutely nothing productive and race his bike alongside the coast like a stooge. The sea air is invigorating when it's hitting your face! When you're stuck smelling it? Not so great.]

[Throwing caution (and common sense!) to the wind, he kicks the thing up a speed and tears up the sand, jerking back on the handlebars with the sole intention of making an arc with the tires and kicking up as much sand as humanly possible.]

[Pidgey aren't the only ones that can use a sand attack, ok.]
