Selena had not even realized the amount of time she had spent sitting around, alone with her own thoughts. Nick suddenly appearing before her spooked her out of her trance, blinking a bit trying to process his request.
“I’m sorry what–”
Pauses. She forced to a welcoming smiling.
“Oh, uh, um yeah sure why not!”
She tilted her head. Why would he want to company her, especially when she’s just sitting around? What would he gain from it? Whatever, it’s not like even matter to Selena anyways.
She had her own problems and so did nick. If he didn’t butt into hers she won’t butt into his.
